Armstrong Teasdale’s Brennan Moss Appointed Salt Lake City Office Managing Attorney
Armstrong Teasdale proudly announces that Partner Brennan Moss has been appointed to serve as Salt Lake City office managing attorney, effective Jan. 1, 2023. He succeeds Partner Martin Walsh, who was instrumental in generating a physical footprint for the firm in Salt Lake City. Walsh will continue his active corporate practice and continue to serve in other leadership capacities for the firm.
Office managing attorneys are charged with driving growth and success in coordination with the firm’s overall strategic vision as determined by firmwide leadership and Managing Partner Patrick Rasche.
“Our office managing attorneys are critical to advancing the firm and navigating the nuances and unique culture within their respective markets,” said Rasche. “This is an incredibly exciting time in Salt Lake City on the heels of our office buildout, and I am confident that Brennan’s leadership is in alignment with our strategic goals.”
Moss is one of two founding members of the firm’s Salt Lake City office, which opened in April 2020 amidst the global pandemic. Armstrong Teasdale recently moved into state-of-the-art office space in downtown’s 222 Main building, at the heart of Salt Lake City’s Central Business District.
Moss is a skilled cross-discipline attorney with experience spanning the corporate, real estate, litigation and white-collar defense areas. He primarily counsels clients related to commercial litigation, real property, securities and regulatory issues. He advises clients at the state and federal levels, and has experience from coast to coast, including the Intermountain West, California, Washington, Alaska, Minnesota, New York, Washington, D.C., and Florida.
“As a Utah native, I am proud to serve the firm in this capacity,” said Moss. “I’ve long had ties to the legal community in the state and grew up in the courtroom. My grandfather was a U.S. senator, and Salt Lake City’s old federal courthouse was named in his honor. I look forward to advancing the firm’s mission and growth in the region.”
