Biography

Dena Kraus is a paralegal in the Corporate Services practice group. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with law firms and estate planning professionals. In her current role, she works with attorneys and clients on corporate, trust administration and probate estate matters, and drives operational and cost efficiencies by developing innovative systems and solutions to benefit our clients. Dena plays a critical project management role, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with vendors and other third parties from start to finish in estate planning and asset protection planning processes. Her past experience as a litigation paralegal lends to her critical thinking abilities in today’s fast-paced legal environment and also allows her to manage simultaneous projects and tasks with ease.

Her experience also extends to supporting firm attorneys and clients on corporate structure, governance and major transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Dena was a paralegal and document specialist for a number of other area law firms. In her previous roles, she oversaw new system implementation, worked with various vendors and enabled one firm to increase their revenue stream by 30 percent annually.
