Biography
Emily Burgess focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial disputes. Emily has experience representing individuals in regulatory investigations conducted by the Securities Exchange Commission, Department of Justice and state law enforcement agencies and in trying cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Emily clerked for the Hon. George B. Daniels in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and practiced at multiple boutique law firms with a focus on commercial litigation.
