Biography
Emily Mayer is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation practice group where she focuses her work in the medical malpractice defense area. She drafts discovery and pre-trial motions; collects, analyzes and maintains medical, billing and government records; prepares summaries and indexes of documents that are used during trial; prepares attorneys with proper documentation for meetings and depositions; conducts research on experts and witnesses; prepares the cases for trial, and attends trial with her attorneys. Emily has attended trials in St. Louis City and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Emily is well-versed in Xera, Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, Accurint, Adobe and Microsoft applications.
