Brittney J. Herron, Julie E. O'Keefe, Jeffrey Schultz, CIPP/US, Ida S. Shafaie, and Mary Frontczak, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Compass Minerals; Cassandra Chandler, CEO & Managing Director at Vigeo Alliance; and Kelly Reed, Ph.D., Managing Director, Talent and Culture at Lockton Companies

We have all become more comfortable with anticipating new challenges over the past year. With a return to physical office space quickly approaching for many, legal and human resources professionals should carefully assess the impact of such plans on diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Join Partners Travis Kearbey and Ramona Palmer-Eason as they host a 45-minute keynote panel discussion exploring the challenges anticipated for some populations in return-to-office plans, legally permissible strategies for advancing diversity in the wake of those challenges, and best operational practices for continuing strides in DEI efforts during the transition. Our esteemed panelists include Mary Frontczak, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Compass Minerals; Cassandra Chandler, CEO & Managing Director at Vigeo Alliance; and Kelly Reed, Ph.D., Managing Director, Talent and Culture at Lockton Companies.

In addition, AT attorneys will present on various international and local topics of interest. Hear from our experienced team including Associate Brittney Herron for an Illinois employment law update; Partner Julie O’Keefe for an OSHA update; Associate Ida Shafaie for a federal update; Partners Jonathan Bruck and Jeffrey Schultz on international perspectives related to restrictive covenants; and Partner Vance Knapp, who will provide a Colorado employment law update.
