A cooperative or condominium annual meeting can either include a well-run election, reports from the Board and professionals and then a healthy exchange of ideas, or a disastrous scene of conflict and disorganization. Careful planning and proper procedures can make all the difference. Our panel will recommend how to notice and run a successful annual meeting.
These programs have been accredited for Missouri Continuing Legal Education credits.
New York CLE – Under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy, so long as certain requirements are satisfied, New York attorneys may count towards their New York CLE requirement credit earned through participation in out-of-state courses accredited by a New York Approved Jurisdiction.
