Biography
A patent engineer in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, Holly Kinser has an extensive background in patent preparation and prosecution for a diverse portfolio of biological and engineering technologies.
Her areas of experience include life sciences, biotechnology and biomedical intellectual property, but her broad knowledge base, research abilities and analytical skills gained from 10 years of research experience and science education are applicable to a wide array of disciplines. Holly has a track record of success in performing challenging tasks with precision and attention to detail, with demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills as a team member and in client-facing roles.
Holly works closely with attorneys and other patent professionals, and assists in patent prosecution, including drafting patent applications, conducting patentability and patent clearance searches, and drafting responses to Office Actions.
