We’re proud to share Armstrong Teasdale’s 2019 Inclusion Report with you. This year’s report highlights our theme for 2019, “What Inclusion Means to Me.” By recognizing, embracing and celebrating our differences, we are focusing on how inclusion differs for each of our team members. Our strategic approach involves meaningful conversations in three key areas – authenticity, inclusive communication and allyship – and helps drive our actions as a firm.
We hope you share in our excitement about what has already been accomplished and what is yet to come. We know there is still much work to be done, and we look forward to providing additional opportunities for growth and success in 2019.
