Biography
Irene He is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
She regularly participates in the representation of private equity funds and family offices as well as their portfolio companies on mergers, asset/stock acquisitions, reorganization and fund raisings. Her experience also extends to technology-related venture capital transactions.
In addition, Irene advises domestic and international companies on a broad range of commercial contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, supply agreements, service agreements and IP development/transfer agreements. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
Irene is uniquely positioned to serve clients from the Asian countries for her language skills and understanding about the local culture. Her client service ability is further enhanced by extensive work experience with in-house counsel and business teams on contract negotiations.
