Barr is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group with more than 20 years of eclectic legal experience. While he focuses his practice on counseling clients in the marijuana and hemp industries with respect to business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, crisis management, and government relations, he also has experience with municipal law and has handled civil rights matters for his clients. Barr is based in Las Vegas.
Bergère has more than 35 years of experience in the field of environmental law. His experience working in government lends to his depth of knowledge when it comes to guiding clients whose activities are governed by federal and state environmental programs.
