Biography
Julie Paul has more than 13 years of comprehensive and diversified experience in all facets of human resources management and employment law. She partners with firm leadership in the design and implementation of business strategy, business development and project management, and human resources best practices.
She manages the firm’s human resources team responsible for staffing, recruiting, performance management, compensation, health and welfare benefits, wellness, employee relations, training, retention and regulatory compliance.
With a focus on facilitating compliance-based change and improving bottom-line performance, Julie is proficient at all levels of talent leadership. Her background includes in-depth experience with change management, process redesign, succession planning, budget management, management development, outsourcing, training, organizational development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, staffing/talent management, compensation, benefits planning/administration, HR systems, legal/regulatory compliance, team building, and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Julie was Chief Human Resources Officer at a Wilmington, Delaware, law firm. Before that, she served as human resources director at a number of other companies. She also has prior experience as a labor and employment attorney.
