Karin Kiho is an employment solicitor and works on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
She has experience in advising employers across different business sectors on a range of day-to-day human resources matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks as well as advising on wider restructures including redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE). Karin also advises on and assists employers with employment claims.
Further, Karin advises employees on a range of matters, including discrimination, dismissals and settlement agreements.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Karin served as employment solicitor at Kerman & Co. in London before the firm combined with Armstrong Teasdale in early 2021. Before that, she trained and worked as a solicitor at a boutique commercial firm in London. Whilst at university, Karin acted as a student adviser for the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre.
