Biography

As a patent agent, Katherine Ross works collaboratively with attorneys across the Intellectual Property practice group. Combining her patent knowledge with her experience in biomedical engineering, she provides a comprehensive yet focused approach to help clients achieve their objectives. Katherine assists in patent prosecution including patentability and clearance searches, U.S. National filings, office actions and information disclosure statements in various areas. Katherine also assist in preparing patent applications.

Katherine has experience with a variety of technologies, including medical devices, imaging systems and methods, chemicals, manufacturing equipment and household products.

Background

Before joining Armstrong Teasdale, Katherine was a research assistant in a medical imaging research lab. Prior to that, she worked at a St. Louis area pharmaceutical company, where she insured global product testing method compliance.
