Biography
Laura Jarasek is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, where she advises clients on a variety of matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
She leverages her in-house legal experience where she drafted and negotiated a wide variety of contracts, including employment and administrative agreements, leases, construction agreements, confidentiality agreements and other commercial service agreements.
Laura is skilled at interpreting and providing strategic legal advice on nuanced contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations.
