Laura Peszek, an associate in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, primarily focuses her practice on representing a wide array of companies on technology-related matters. She has significant experience drafting and negotiating high-risk technology and commercial contracts and managing deal cycles for multinational corporations.
Laura’s background provides a solid foundation through which she advises emerging, large privately held and Fortune 500 companies in connection with commercial and technology relationships. She represents both vendors and users of technology services, including those for cloud computing environments; hosted platform, software and data solutions; software as a service and data as a service; enterprisewide technologies; managed services and outsourced relationships and other strategic or collaborative partnerships; and other technology services. Given the rapidly evolving technology landscape, Laura counsels her clients to mitigate risk by structuring technology transactions with practical and business-oriented solutions in mind.
In addition to her technology and commercial transactions practice, Laura assists clients with corporate formation and governance, as well as advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions in numerous industries.
