Biography
Laura Toledo provides a broad range of services to business clients with an emphasis on financial services. Representing both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises, she assists in successfully negotiating transactions to promote business development, as well as providing assistance through events of default or transaction distress.
She represents lenders and financial institutions across a wide range of loan transactions, including new, refinanced and restructured loans. Laura also handles complex real estate matters on behalf of investors, developers and lenders, with an emphasis on commercial construction and multi-family developments, including tax-credit financed projects. Her experience also includes advising clients on troubled loan situations and navigating creditor, debtor and trustee representation.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Laura was business law counsel at another St. Louis law firm and served as Executive Director of a not-for-profit organization.
