Biography
Michael Petrizzo has deep experience counseling and providing strategic advice to public and private companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
As a partner in the Corporate Services practice group, he represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Michael performs complex commercial transactions across a broad range of industries, including financial services, health care, retail, construction, manufacturing and technology. He also serves as outside corporate counsel for early-stage and established enterprises.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Michael served as a principal attorney at a large law firm headquartered in Baltimore. He has also served as general counsel at a publicly traded company based in Tampa, Florida, and practiced law at several large law firms in Philadelphia and New York City.
