Biography
Natasa Saciri works with clients on intellectual property rights clearance, risk assessment, global strategy, copyright fair use analysis, due diligence work and management of copyright infringement disputes.
She is skilled at prosecution, as well as handling all facets of domestic and international trademark clearance. Natasa counsels clients on Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, as well as trademark enforcement via Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings through cancellations and oppositions.
Natasa has represented clients in litigation, intellectual property and business transactions, and has counseled clients on business entity formations, bylaws and resolutions, privacy policies and business agreements, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, licensing, IP, employment, asset purchase, leases, independent contractor and settlement agreements.
Natasa also advises clients on trademark prosecution and clearance searches, copyright applications, cease and desist letters, and media takedown notices and claims.

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Natasa served as intellectual property counsel for a global brand development company in New York, and as a trademarks and intellectual property counsel for a media holding company.
