Biography
An associate in the Litigation practice group, Nate Jepson’s practice involves representing companies and individuals in a wide range of matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, employment issues, construction litigation, real property issues, fraud, unfair competition, collections, and personal injury. Nate has represented clients in state and federal court as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Nate also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Nathan worked as an associate at a boutique litigation and corporate law firm in Salt Lake City and at an international law firm in Washington D.C. He also previously served as a law clerk for Judge Ted Stewart of the Utah Federal District Court.
