Andrew Zimmerman Joins Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial and Real Estate Services Practice
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Andrew Zimmerman to its Financial and Real Estate Services practice group as an associate in its St. Louis office. Zimmerman, a commercial litigator, represents clients in matters involving debtor and creditor rights, lender liability, loan restructurings and workouts (both in and out of bankruptcy), receivership and foreclosure proceedings, and lien priority disputes.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Zimmerman was in private practice in Washington, D.C. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, M.B.A. from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and B.A., summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
Zimmerman is admitted to practice law in Missouri, the District of Columbia, Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association.
