Armstrong Teasdale Adds Julie Paul as Chief Human Resources Officer
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Julie Paul as Chief Human Resources Officer. With more than 13 years of comprehensive and diversified experience in all facets of human resources management and employment law, she partners with firm leadership in the design and implementation of business strategy, business development and project management, and human resources best practices.

In her role, Paul manages the firm’s human resources team responsible for staffing, recruiting, performance management, compensation, health and welfare benefits, wellness, employee relations, training, retention and regulatory compliance. With a focus on facilitating compliance-based change and improving bottom-line performance, she is proficient at all levels of talent leadership. Her background includes in-depth experience with change management, process redesign, succession planning, budget management, management development, outsourcing, training, organizational development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, staffing/talent management, compensation, benefits planning/administration, HR systems, legal/regulatory compliance, team building, and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Paul was Chief Human Resources Officer at a Wilmington, Delaware, law firm. In addition to previous human resources director roles at a number of other companies, she also has prior experience as a labor and employment attorney working in both in-house and law firm settings.
Paul is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
