Armstrong Teasdale Announces Clark, Logue, Seoudy as Trainee Solicitors
Armstrong Teasdale announces that Sebastian Clark, Anna Logue and Salma Seoudy are beginning their trainee solicitor programme in the firm’s London office. The programme offers an unparalleled opportunity to work alongside some of the most skilled lawyers internationally and gain first-hand experience representing high-profile clients around the world.
Clark was a corporate paralegal prior to becoming a trainee and helped the U.K. Capital Markets and Restructuring and Insolvency teams across several transactions, including the listing of a SPAC on the AQUIS growth market and the subsequent reverse takeover. He joined the firm in July 2021 as a compliance executive.
Logue has been a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate team since May 2022. She has worked on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting senior lawyers on transactions, and sharing responsibilities by active participation in high level transactions.
Seoudy joined the firm in December 2021 as a paralegal supporting the Corporate department on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and restructuring, and other general corporate matters on both national and international scales.
