Marsh, who was recognized for Business Litigation, focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He has litigated cases across the country in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels, and has unique experience in the telecommunications industry as well as in bankruptcy court proceedings. In the telecom space, he has handled a number of matters rising from violations of state and federal tariffs, and in numerous instances secured favorable outcomes for his clients through settlement, summary judgment, trial and appeal. He also has significant trial experience defending and pursuing high-stakes consumer protection claims.
Harris focuses primarily on complex commercial, regulatory and trademark litigation, and was recognized by Super Lawyers® for General Litigation. He defends and prosecutes a wide variety of claims for his clients. Harris has extensive experience handling disputed business acquisitions, class action lawsuits and litigation in highly regulated environments. His background in economics, finance and administrative law helps him address his clients’ business and regulatory needs.
Johnson, recognized in the Banking sector, has extensive experience representing companies of all sizes on a wide range of commercial transactions. His practice is primarily focused on the representation of corporate clients in several industries with regard to mergers and acquisitions, organizational formation and structure, venture and equity capital, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, securities filings and periodic reporting, corporate governance, and other general business transactions and operational matters.
