Armstrong Teasdale Welcomes Attorneys in New York, St. Louis
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Partners Jaimie L. Mansfield and Eric M. Wohl to the firm. They are among more than 120 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2022 alone.
Mansfield returns to the St. Louis office after serving as general counsel of a fully integrated private equity commercial real estate company. She brings to all her client engagements a unique understanding of the business issues they face and how she can best serve as a strategic partner on a variety of legal issues. Her primary focus is with the Cannabis and Hemp Law practice, providing support to clients that are innovative, entrepreneurial and forward thinking.
Wohl, a partner in the New York office, handles all types of real estate transactions, including the sale, leasing and financing of office, mixed-use and residential properties. Concentrating his practice on cooperative and condominium law and commercial leasing, he has represented cooperative and condominium boards over the last two decades in all aspects of cooperative and condominium law. In addition, he represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail space throughout the United States, with an emphasis on commercial leasing in New York City.
