Armstrong Teasdale Welcomes Five Associates
Seven associates have joined Armstrong Teasdale's offices in Denver and St. Louis: Nicholas Beulick, Khristopher Johnson-DeLoatch, Ashleigh Kaspari, Colleen Kinsey and Kathryn Redmond. They join more than 90 other associates firmwide.
Beulick is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in St. Louis and focuses on patent law. With a background in electrical engineering, he guides clients through patent preparation and prosecution. Beulick has extensive experience reviewing patent applications and related technical documents, as well as conducting complex patent searches on behalf of clients. He also holds a certificate in dispute resolution.
Johnson-DeLoatch is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in St. Louis. With prior experience as a summer associate at the firm and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Beth Phillips in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, he is skilled at conducting research and analysis on various legal issues, as well as drafting memoranda, summary judgment and other motions.
Kaspari is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group in Denver, where she handles disputes covering a range of issues for clients of all sizes. Her background as a criminal defense investigator for the Colorado Public Defender’s Office and degree in criminology aid in her strong ability to research, analyze and support clients preparing for trial. She is well versed in all phases of discovery, trial preparation and case management. Sawa is also a licensed private investigator in Colorado.
Kinsey is a member of the Litigation practice group in St. Louis, where she handles disputes for clients of all sizes. She has experience researching and analyzing legal issues in employment law and medical malpractice, including issues in evidence, negligence and employee benefits. Experienced in pretrial matters, she is skilled at drafting motions for both state and federal courts as well as discovery and mediation.
Redmond is an associate in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group in St. Louis. She focuses on counseling clients through transactions involving development incentives and tax credits. Primarily serving municipalities and nonprofits, she regularly conducts research and reviews contracts and agreements related to the financing of various industrial and commercial projects. In her past role as a judicial law clerk, Redmond gained valuable experience assisting with arbitration proceedings, depositions, hearings, settlements, negotiations and mediations regarding civil litigation, compliance policies and regulatory issues.
