Daniella Gordon Joins Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation Practice Group
Armstrong Teasdale proudly announces that Partner Daniella Gordon has joined, adding to the firm’s robust white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation practice. She complements more than 530 attorneys and staff firmwide, including an especially skilled team on the East Coast handling high-profile, high-stakes matters. Gordon’s significant litigation experience includes civil and criminal jury trials, and appellate argument in multiple jurisdictions.
Gordon will split her time between Philadelphia and Princeton, New Jersey, serving a wide range of clients in various industries, including construction, health care and technology.
In her criminal defense practice, Gordon represents clients in internal and government investigations, and through all phases of litigation. She has counseled businesses and individuals, both targets and witnesses, in a wide range of matters including alleged fraud, false claims, money laundering, public corruption, kickback schemes and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as in parallel regulatory proceedings.
In her commercial construction practice, Gordon represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in a range of construction-related disputes, including construction defect claims, scope-of-work issues, differing site conditions, professional negligence, bid protests and injunctions. Gordon also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating construction agreements.
In her labor and employment practice, Gordon handles whistleblower and discrimination claims, alleged wage and hour violations, and employee classification issues. Gordon has also litigated Title IX disciplinary actions.
Gordon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is the immediate past co-chair of the Construction Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is fluent in Russian and also represents clients in the Russian-speaking business community.
