Five Associates Join Armstrong Teasdale’s St. Louis Office
Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces the addition of five associates to its St. Louis office. The firm has welcomed 27 new attorneys across offices in 2017 to-date.
The associates who joined include:
Beckerle is an associate in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group. She primarily focuses on debtor and creditor rights, loan restructuring and workouts, and bankruptcy law. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.A. in architecture and American culture studies, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
Bracciano is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. He primarily focuses on patent prosecution related to mechanical, electrical and software inventions. Bracciano also has experience drafting discovery documents and summary judgment motions in trademark litigation matters. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University and B.S.E. in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Bracciano is admitted to practice law in Missouri and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
With a background in finance, Mahon primarily focuses on transactional law and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing transaction documents and agreements for businesses. He also has experience preparing governmental filings, conducting research and due diligence, and advising on corporate governance and corporate law, insurance and financial matters. Mahon was a summer associate with the firm before joining full time. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law; MBA from the University of Missouri–St. Louis; and BSBA in finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
Ricks was a summer associate at the firm before joining full time. She joins the Litigation practice group. Experienced in all aspects of trial preparation, Ricks is well-versed in preparing and responding to discovery; drafting legal memoranda, petitions and orders; conducting depositions; witness preparation; and conducting settlement negotiations. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.A. in international political economy from the University of Puget Sound. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
Tzeng, a former summer associate at the firm, now joins the Intellectual Property practice group, primarily focusing on the computer and software art areas. His past experience as a research assistant and technology consultant lends well to his day-to-day work preparing patent applications for inventors. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and B.A. in economics from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
