Introducing Armstrong Teasdale’s 2021 DEI Impact Report
Armstrong Teasdale is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion within our firm, the legal profession and the communities where we live and work. While we have been focusing on these critical topics for many years, we are driven by our further commitment to continuous improvement. In 2020, the firm set forth six strategic goals – one of which centers on inclusion, diversity and equitable treatment – and established a dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Department. One year into that journey, I am pleased with our progress and ability to leverage both empathy and agility in traversing new terrain together.
As we look to the year ahead, I am energized by the four core tenets of our strategic focus – to drive leadership agility, ignite inclusive brand presence, steward shared success, and accelerate recruitment and retention. We hope that you will join us in committing to advancing DEI in 2022 and celebrating the accomplishments we’ve collectively made as a community.
We are pleased to share our 2021 DEI Impact Report, which includes some of our recent accomplishments and efforts, and outlines the goals that will drive our continued success in 2022.
