Jaimie Mansfield Honored as a ‘40 Under 40’
Jaimie L. Mansfield, a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group, has been named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list for 2020. The annual list recognizes young professionals making a difference in their organizations and communities. More than 600 nominations were reviewed by a panel of previous 40 Under 40 honorees to select this year’s class.
Earlier this year, Mansfield founded a Parent Resource Group at the firm for both attorneys and staff whether they are parents, thinking of becoming parents, or caring for their own parents. The group will present ongoing opportunities for discussion and support, and provide a forum for reviewing and improving firm policies and practices that impact parenthood.
Mansfield’s practice includes assisting clients in zoning and land use applications and approvals, landlord-tenant disputes, eviction proceedings and other real estate related litigation. She also represents both condemnors and condemnees in large-scale projects spanning multiple counties or those affecting a single parcel of land. In the expanding marijuana and hemp industries, she has experience supporting license applicants and licensees in navigating compliance related to their facilities, including zoning and leasing matters.
Mansfield will be profiled in the Feb. 14 issue of the Business Journal, and will be honored with the rest of the 2020 class at an awards dinner Feb. 13 at the Chase Park Plaza.
