Lauren K. Haley Joins Armstrong Teasdale’s Kansas City Office

Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces the addition of Litigation associate Lauren K. Haley. She focuses her practice primarily on the representation of businesses in premises liability, contract dispute and product liability matters.

Haley also has experience handling insurance coverage, bad faith and insurance defense cases. She is skilled in preparing and responding to written discovery and deposing fact witnesses, corporate representatives and experts. Haley also has extensive experience preparing and producing corporate representatives, fact witnesses and experts for deposition. She has written and argued both procedural and dispositive motions, and has been involved in all aspects of trial preparation.

Haley also counsels clients to minimize future litigation threats by assessing and managing the inherent risks of doing business.

Prior to joining the firm, Haley was in private practice at a Kansas City civil litigation firm where she focused primarily on premises liability and insurance defense. While in law school, she served as a clerk for the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, in the Prisoner Pro Se office.

Haley earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and B.A. in political science and government, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, and before the U.S. District Court for Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas.

Haley is based in the firm’s Kansas City office.
