Mark W. Halderman Joins Armstrong Teasdale in Philadelphia
Armstrong Teasdale proudly announces the addition of Partner Mark W. Halderman to the firm’s Litigation practice group in Philadelphia. Halderman has broad experience in a number of areas, including intellectual property litigation, real estate and land use disputes, and matters arising under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Title VI and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
In the field of intellectual property litigation, his experience covers all practice areas, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He represents both patentees and accused infringers in various fields of technology. Halderman also has substantial experience in trademark, trade secret and copyright matters.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Halderman was a partner at another Philadelphia law firm.
