Martin C. Walsh Jr. Joins Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services Practice
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Martin C. Walsh Jr., of counsel, to its Corporate Services practice group. Based in the firm’s St. Louis office, Walsh counsels buyers and sellers through complex mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, stock and asset purchases and dispositions, consolidations, spinoffs and related transactions.
As part of his practice, he works closely with technology companies in negotiating, structuring and creating various industry and partner relationships. Walsh also advises entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies regarding strategies for growth, operation, and exit.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Walsh served as managing member of his own firm, Walsh Law Group. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.S., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University.
Admitted to practice in Missouri, Nevada, California and U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Walsh is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the State Bar of Nevada and The State Bar of California. Actively involved in the community, he is a C.H.A.M.P. Assistance Dogs, Inc. board member and is a supporter of Make-A-Wish Foundation.
