Patrick Kenny Invited to Join Claims and Litigation Management Alliance
Patrick Kenny, a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s litigation practice group, has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
As a trial lawyer, Kenny concentrates on complex litigation and appellate work including bad faith and insurance coverage disputes, ERISA litigation (pension and benefits), subrogation, cases involving business “divorces,” non-compete and trade secrets, fraud and business torts. He has tried cases to verdict in Missouri and Illinois. Kenny is named as a top rated lawyer in Commercial Litigation by American Lawyer Media/Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in and Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law and in Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers (Business Edition).
Kenny earned his J.D., cum laude, and B.S.B.A., with an emphasis in Chemistry and Operations, from the University of Missouri - Columbia. In addition to CLM, he currently chairs the Lex Mundi Insurance/Reinsurance Practice Group, and holds various leadership positions with the Defense Research Institute, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the St. Louis Professional Chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma Chemistry Fraternity.
