Seven Associates Join Armstrong Teasdale
Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces the addition of seven associates across various practice groups and locations, including St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver and Philadelphia. New additions to the firm as of Sept. 24 include Eric Brunngraber, Caitlin Fagan, Lance Hernandez, Ryan Seewald and Mikayla Travers. They join Associate Bianca Valcarce, who was also added to the firm recently.
Brunngraber is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in St. Louis. He primarily counsels clients on patent law, especially in the electrical engineering area. Brunngraber is familiar with various programming languages, including C, MATLAB, SQL and VHDL. His strong mathematical and analytical skills enable him to easily digest complex technologies and provide the strongest protection for his clients. He is proficient in German and is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
Fagan is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, where she advises clients on general corporate law and governance. She has significant background in technology, having past experience as a business analyst for a global manufacturer, and is familiar with software, website development and associated security issues. Fagan studied abroad in France and has a wide range of international language experience that enables her to provide a global perspective to her clients doing business internationally. She is proficient in French and has limited proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and German. Fagan is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
Hernandez is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in Denver. He has experience conducting research, drafting memoranda, preparing appellate arguments and advising clients on general litigation, white-collar crime, corporate litigation, securities and employment matters. In addition, Hernandez has experience in the intellectual property area drafting patent applications, patent claims and office action responses for various mechanical, electrical and aerospace-related patents. His background includes significant research experience and training in the mechanical engineering field. His admissions to practice law are pending in Colorado.
Seewald is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in Denver, where he advises clients on a variety of mechanical and biotechnology matters. In addition to his background in chemistry, Seewald has significant hands-on laboratory and research experience in hematology and oncology, as well as medical device development and testing that lend well to his legal practice. His admissions to practice law are pending in Colorado.
Travers is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in St. Louis, where she handles disputes covering a range of issues for clients of all sizes. She is well-versed in all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements with opposing counsel. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
