Three AT Lawyers Named to Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards
Armstrong Teasdale Partners Dale Degenshein, Luke Mette and Wakaba Tessier have been selected by Law360 to serve as members of its 2023 editorial advisory boards. The boards are designed to offer feedback on Law360’s coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.
Degenshein, selected for the Diversity & Inclusion board, is a partner in the firm’s Cooperative and Condominium law practice, co-chair of the Inclusion Committee and also serves as the New York office managing attorney. She has more than 30 years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters, both as a litigator and transactional lawyer.
Mette, selected for the Legal Ethics board, has more than 30 years of broad legal experience in both the private and public sectors, and focuses his practice on litigation, compliance and commercial negotiations. Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Luke served as chief disciplinary counsel for the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. He authors a quarterly Quick Look Ethics column for the Delaware State Bar Journal.
Tessier, selected for the Health Care board, is highly skilled at navigating the complex health care regulatory landscape, particularly in the area of compliance at both the state and federal levels across a variety of health care issues, privacy and data concerns, third-party payor audits and inquiries, and day-to-day operational challenges. She leverages her prior experience as executive vice president and general counsel at a life sciences company in counseling clients and understanding their needs.
