Biography
Paige Justus is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group with extensive experience in both corporate law and trusts and estates. Paige advises individuals, families and business owners on all aspects of estate planning and business succession planning.
Paige has represented clients in a variety of complex transactions, including developing and implementing asset protection strategies and complex gift and estate planning strategies. She assists clients with trust administration and probate proceedings, and also has extensive experience negotiating premarital agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Paige further specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business law. She has represented companies of all sizes on a wide range of corporate transactions including experience with cannabis and hemp transactions. Having earned an LL.M. in taxation, Paige leverages her deep experience to advise clients on tax provisions and implement tax-saving strategies in corporate transactions. Paige also assists nonprofit clients with formation, applications for tax-exempt status and the preservation of tax-exempt status.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Paige was in private practice at other Denver-area law firms where she represented clients in the areas of corporate law and trusts and estates. Before becoming an attorney, Paige worked as a financial planner and serviced clients in the areas of risk management, wealth accumulation and wealth preservation.
