Biography

Shelley Terrell brings more than 19 years of legal experience to her role as a specialist in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Her background includes comprehensive case management and development from inception through trial preparation. She drafts pleadings, including complex motions, as well as discovery responses; manages high volumes of case documents; conducts legal research; assists in building case strategy; and prepares for depositions and mediations. Shelley is knowledgeable and experienced in litigation matters related to real estate, patent and trademark litigation, medical malpractice, employment, homeowners associations, and estate and transactional issues. This broad knowledge enhances her effectiveness in supporting firm attorneys in an array of client matters.

In addition, Shelley is proficient in numerous research and case management tools including Westlaw, LexisNexis, Relativity, CaseMap and Textmap.

Shelley also has experience supporting attorneys in intellectual property litigation matters.

Background

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Shelley was a paralegal at another Denver law firm. She has spent her entire 19-year paralegal career in the Denver metro area.
