Biography
Shelly Doneff has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry. With a strong background in litigation and a great depth of experience in intellectual property, she is well positioned to assist firm lawyers throughout the trademark process.
Shelly primarily prepares and files national and international trademark applications, as well as copyright applications. She has extensive experience with tracking and docketing deadlines, and regularly conducts trademark searches as part of each client’s broader enforcement strategy. Shelly also aids in all phases of trademark prosecution and clearance support.
