Armstrong Teasdale Adds Timothy Dance to Salt Lake City Office
Armstrong Teasdale is continuing to grow its newly minted presence in Salt Lake City, Utah, with the addition of Partner Timothy Dance. Dance has more than a decade of experience representing clients in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
“Our Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring attorneys have handled a wide range of significant reorganizations and Chapter 11 cases,” said Managing Partner David Braswell. “Tim is a strong addition to the team, and in light of the current economic situation, I know he will be able to provide creative solutions to clients facing unprecedented financial challenges.”
Dance concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization, creditors’ rights, committee representation, foreclosure, receivership and workout law. He is skilled in counseling clients through complex foreclosures of real and personal property, and regularly represents creditors in enforcing, collecting and restructuring financial transactions. He also has extensive experience handling commercial and business litigation at both the state and federal levels.
In addition to Salt Lake City, the firm opened a Boston office this past week, further bolstering its presence coast to coast.
