Biography
Tori Sorensen is a patent agent in Armstrong Teasdale’s Intellectual Property practice group. With a background in electrical engineering, she leverages her technical experience in the field to help clients achieve their objectives.
Working closely with attorneys and other patent professionals, she provides assistance with patent prosecution, including drafting patent applications, conducting patentability and clearance searches, and drafting responses to Office Actions, as well as advising foreign associates in responding to Office Actions related to U.S. patent applications. Her effectiveness is enhanced by her knowledge of construction, design and electrical compliance codes and requirements.

Before joining the firm, Tori was a staff electrical engineer at an engineering firm, where she designed medium and low voltage systems for power generation facilities.
