Biography

A highly experienced paralegal in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group, Traci Burns has managed complex litigation cases in both the Nevada state and federal courts for more than three decades.

Traci handles cases involving construction defect, mechanic’s liens, contract disputes, personal injury, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, banking, directors and officers liability insurance, employment and labor law, and class actions. She has extensive experience in evaluating case issues and managing the discovery of key documents. Her experience includes instructing and managing large document review teams in various electronic databases. She is proficient at evaluating and managing e-discovery, establishing discovery protocol, and producing the electronically stored information. Traci manages disclosures, evaluates potential witnesses and designates key documents used for depositions and motion practice.

Traci is an integral part of the trial team and assists attorneys with juror selection, manages trial exhibits, schedules and prepares witnesses, and operates trial video presentations.

Background

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Traci was a paralegal in the litigation department of another Las Vegas law firm focusing on construction defect litigation.
