Las Vegas Litigation Partner DiFillippo Appointed to American Bar Association’s House of Delegates
Tracy A. DiFillippo, partner in the Litigation practice group at Armstrong Teasdale, has been appointed to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) House of Delegates. She will serve as the State of Nevada’s representative for a two-year term, which begins at the conclusion of the ABA annual meeting in August. The House of Delegates, the policy-making body of the ABA, meets twice each year at Annual and Midyear meetings.
An experienced commercial litigator, Tracy focuses in the areas of construction, medical and dental malpractice, insurance, and directors and officers (D&O) liability.
After earning her J.D., cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, DiFillippo completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Justice Robert R. Rose of the Nevada Supreme Court. Tracy received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is admitted to practice law in Nevada and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and U.S. District Court of Nevada.
