Trey Rothell advises clients on complex legal disputes in Nevada as well as in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His experience spans a broad range of matters including commercial disputes, defamation, anti-SLAPP laws, intellectual property, civil rights, privacy, internet law, trade secrets and general civil litigation.
