Biography
Zoe Stewart is a trainee solicitor at Armstrong Teasdale. Prior to becoming a trainee, Zoe was a paralegal in the Corporate team. She has worked on various mergers and acquisitions and has supported the U.K. Capital Markets and Restructuring and Insolvency team with transactions, including advising an AIM-quoted company on its equity fundraising.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Zoe gained legal experience interning at Weightmans LLP in London, Clark Hill PLC in Dublin and in-house at DHL, one of the world’s leading logistics companies.
