Biography
Zuzanna Oldfield is a solicitor in the firm’s London office, experienced in different aspects of noncontentious corporate matters and commercial property matters. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures as well as on general corporate matters.
In addition, Zuzanna has experience in debt financing transactions, including corporate and real estate lending.
Previous major cases include a sale of a property portfolio worth £10.7 billion; real estate refinance to the value of £54 million; and various business and share acquisitions and disposals.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Zuzanna worked as a solicitor at English multi-practice regional firms in their corporate and commercial property departments.
Earlier in her career, Zuzanna practiced real estate law and advised on acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold properties; and landlord and tenant matters including: agreements for leases; commercial leases and lease renewals; rent deposit deeds; surrenders; underlets; assignments; and licences for alterations. Her cases also encompassed property finance matters.
