In May 2018 and December 2020, organizations worked frantically to meet deadlines for compliance with new data privacy laws in the European Union and California. Now, organizations face a new wave of privacy laws. On Feb. 9, 2022, attorneys Scott Galt, Dustin Berger and Casey Waughn from AT’s Privacy and Data Security practice, along with guest contributor Steve Lau, eBay’s Head of Global Privacy Programs and Privacy Counsel, will give you the information you need to know to ensure your data privacy program is compliant with these new laws in California, Virginia, Colorado, and in the People’s Republic of China. Our speakers will also discuss what you should do to prepare for these laws and share best practices for maintaining a robust global privacy program.
