Professional Development Opportunities
From business development to formalized integration and learning plans and leadership training, the firm provides each lawyer with programming and resources tailored to their specific needs.
We have a structured professional development platform that incorporates an integration process, practice management, professional development, legal skills and business development. We support the platform through goal setting, learning, coaching and assessing through tools such as a mentoring program, career coaching and learning plans.
Our AT Leadership Institute provides programming around the firm’s leadership competencies for new associates, experienced associates and partners.
