Tim Tryniecki is leader of the firm’s Real Estate and Public Finance practice group. He represents developers, financial institutions, utilities, corporate owners, governmental bodies, and other public and private entities in all aspects of real estate law. Much of his practice involves energy projects, negotiation of incentives, acquisition, land use permitting, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate properties and other large developments, and the structuring of complex real estate joint ventures, and infrastructure projects. He also handles large-scale utility condemnations for infrastructure corridors.
For those developers and investors working on growth activities, Tim finds common ground to attain discretionary approvals and other value that can be added to make projects feasible. He provides guidance on local, state, and federal tax and redevelopment incentives, such as Missouri Chapter 100 and Business Use Incentives for Large-Scale Development, as well as property tax abatement, structuring public/private development relationships, urban renewal law, real estate expansion, and renewable energy projects.
