Biography
Andrew Shelby is a commercial litigator and trial lawyer who helps his clients solve their legal problems and business disputes. He represents Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, and other lawyers and law firms in courts and dispute resolution proceedings nationwide.
Andrew has represented clients in disputes involving real estate and merger transactions, professional negligence, breach of contract, employment issues, class actions and business torts. In doing so, he has successfully led trial teams in jury and bench trials, resolved cases on motions before trial, and handled appeals.
