Armstrong Teasdale Elects Four Partners to Executive Committee
Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces the election of four partners to the firm’s Executive Committee, which functions as the governing board of the firm. Partners Timothy J. Gearin, Anita M. Kidd and Patrick W. Rasche have each been elected to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee for a three-year term. Partner Jovita M. Foster has been re-elected for a three-year term.
Foster is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in both state and federal courts throughout Missouri. She is also a trusted adviser to senior management in all facets of employment and labor law. Her clients include government agencies, municipalities, higher education systems and businesses of all sizes, from family owned and closely held business to Fortune 100 companies.
Gearin is co-leader of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences industry team and one of the most sought-after trial lawyers in the Midwest with broad experience in business litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, complex litigation involving antitrust, and qui tam cases. A member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Gearin primarily represents clients in the health care, agribusiness and manufacturing industries.
Kidd is a trial attorney defending clients in bet-the-company litigation suits. She concentrates on matters involving toxic torts, personal injury, medical malpractice and complex litigation throughout Missouri and Illinois. In the past 10 years, she has managed thousands of asbestos injury claims. Kidd’s experience as a registered nurse enhances her understanding of exposure and treatment of asbestosis, mesothelioma and lung cancer.
Rasche is the leader of Armstrong Teasdale’s Intellectual Property practice group, which has been recognized by Chambers USA as a top intellectual property firm. In his practice, Rasche focuses on guarding the intellectual capital of clients with a focus on motors, energy, imaging, homeland protection and other technologies. Additionally, Rasche provides strategic counsel on IP litigation, post grant proceedings, licensing, infringement issues, product clearance, validity, due diligence and general technology issues.
